I've found a bug in one of your apps — what should I include?
The app name and version, your device model and iOS version, and the steps that led to the problem. A screenshot helps if it's visual. We'll get back to you and let you know if we need anything else.
Can I request a feature?
Yes — email us with what you're trying to do and why the current setup doesn't work for you. We can't promise every request makes it in, but we read all of them.
Do you take on client or contract work?
Sometimes. Tell us a bit about the project via email and we'll let you know honestly whether it's a fit for the studio.
Is Bike AI available yet?
Not yet — it's still in development. Email us if you'd like to be told when it's ready for testing.
